VIRGIN ACTIVE WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

I keep falling for the trap. I join Virgin Active all excited and when the time comes to cancel, what a joke. I cancelled my contract in April 2023, but they keep calling me about my fees that is not paid. I spoke to a Sithle on the 8th of June who confirmed that my contract was cancelled but they still keep calling me. This is really pathetic and so unprofessional. Sithle apologised and advised me that they moved over to a new system, and they will rectify the problem. Guess what they are still calling me telling me I owe them money.... Virgin please get your act together!!!!!
