Virgin Active Westville KZN selling False promo packages

Virgin Active Westville in KZN are the worse. I have been a member of VA in different club but this is the worse by far and when it comes to customer service. They sell false promo to individuals. I joined the branch in August this year seeing a promo that I will get 2 months free but now am being told that there was a miscommunication and have missed my payments and will not qualify for the promo, worse of all am now in arrears. When I tell them due to their false advertising and bad record they are causing to my credit score if they cannot give me what they promised I would like to cancel and now am told I am liable for the debt which they caused by not communicating the correct terms and conditions but letting me think and confirming not once but twice and by 2 sales person and his supervisor that I will qualify for promo. VA is ******** people by tricking them to join and will benefit free 2 month knowing very well that's is not true!
