Virgin active Westville debited my account without my permission. The money owed to me and urgently need to be reversed is R460. The agreement between me and the sales consultant Marcello is a signed two years contract I will be debited from the 1st April 2022 really that was unprofessional taking my money without my consent. I expected my money reversed back to my account on Friday 04/03/2022 but that did not happen.

I request you to urgently reverse my money back into my account. I will appreciate your speedy reply.
