Virgin Active - Westville Club

See below the complaint made to Virgin active (westville branch). Complaint was laid over a week ago and i have still not got a response.

"Dear Virgin Active Westville Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the deplorable state of your Westville branch. As a paying member, I expect a clean, well-maintained environment where I can feel comfortable and secure. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling.

The equipment is consistently in poor condition, with several machines either broken or poorly maintained. This not only disrupts my workout experience but also raises concerns about the overall safety and hygiene standards at your facility. In addition to this, the members could not be bothered about placing weights back in their place

To make matters worse, I witnessed an absolutely shocking sight in the sauna: I saw multiple ****roaches emerging from the benches. This is not just an inconvenience – it is a serious health concern and completely unacceptable for any gym, especially one under the Virgin Active name.

The toilets also stink of pee and faeces. I almost forgot to mention this minor point after mentioning the Sauna incident

I cannot, in good conscience, continue to pay for such a filthy and poorly managed facility. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, including equipment maintenance and a thorough cleaning, especially in high-risk areas like the sauna.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to these matters. "
