VIRGIN ACTIVE WESTVILLE: CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

I cancelled my gym membership at the end of June 2021 due to not using the gym since march 2020 and also due to being double debited for APRIL, MAY AND JUNE. To much frustration i was then fully debited for august 2021.

i eventually got through to a consultant at westville and was given an email address that doesnt exist.

where is the service in this country? VIRGIN ACTIVE IS A DISHONEST ORGANISATION.

I HAVE RESORTED TO SENDING A MAIL TO THE SO CALLED BRANCH MANAGER DHRITI SINGH AFTER FAILING WITH DAYNA VELDFMAN.

It is no wonder why WENDY KNOWLER has received numerous phone calls about the dishonest Virgin Active.
