Virgin Active Westville

I have been a Virgin Active club member since its inception. As a retiree, I downgraded to an off-peak membership and attend the Westville Virgin Active branch about 4 times a week. I train with a group from 8-9 am. Until last week, I was allowed entry at 7.50 am, which provided me with enough time to prepare to begin training with my group at 8.00 am. However, the computer system has been changed to allow entry only at 8.00 am and as a result I cannot begin training with my group at 8.00 am. I informed customer services and they said they would get the manager, Craig, to contact me to resolve this issue. To date, he has not contacted me.
