How do they expect you to pay your gym fee if the gym when you cannot even use the facilities. Rude to begin with and when you ask them when it will be remedied they ignore you.

Cramming 40 - 50 people into a 10X10 room should be a violation. I've been a member for longer for 2 years and I'm absolutely shocked by this.
