Virgin Active Watermeyer sucks!!

Virgin Active suck. I've escalated the horrible bysicals to management. Most of the bikes arent working. Some of the floor equipment has been out of order for the past month. Why can Watermeyer gym not get proper equipment. Is it because we are a small gym or poor people or what?
