VIRGIN ACTIVE WATERFALL ZERO SERVICE DELIVERY

I sent the below complaint to the manager Lwazi from Virgin Active in Waterfall City.

The complaint was sent on the 28th of August 2024.

What they do here is they are extremely good at the start to sign you up and take your money after that any promises made will not be fulfilled.

I am a new client at your waterfall virgin active.

We were signed up by Johannes , we have been promised that we will receive the bags as I am a premium member : Membership no: *********

My husband and my two girls are members here are my issues:

We signed up in July , I was told that part of my membership I received a complimentary bag Promises were made but there has been zero fulfilled , now we at the end of August and I am told no it will be only in September. My daughters have not received there cards because there is no stock really!!! The gaming apps for the kids doesn't even work properly and gets stuck mid game. We moved from Kyalami virgin active to come here but i think it is not worth it.
