Virgin Active Waterfall - Midrand

Virgin Active Waterfall - Midrand has no hot water in the shower on a cold winter day. Absolutely terrible. It's 8 degrees outside and this is the type of shower we must have after using the facilities. My debit order has failed for 8 consecutive months and they expect me to call in every month. This is the only debit order that fails on my bank account.
