Virgin Active vs Planet Fitness (**********)

I was with Virgin Active from 2006 till 2013 and received the best service ever. I lost my job thereafter and was treated with dignity and no unauthorised debit orders went through from my account by them. I therefore joined Planet Fitness in 2016 September and have had endless complaints by them. I miss my Virgin Active, Planet Fitness is full of rogues and ********** who don't know what customer service is. Please expect my rejoining of your services again in September Virgin Active.
