Virgin active Vitality ****, still being charged like crazy after months

Signed up for Virgin active in September, paid the Vitality joining rate and joined with Vitality (long time Vitality customer of 4 years). I've been charged the full rate every month since and now in Jan I'm still being charged and nothing is fixed. I don't know what to do but please avoid Virgin Active and join Planet Fitness
