Virgin Active Visits

I joined Virgin Active on the 16 February 2016. Everything has been going well despite a couple of problems. Now suddenly I get an email saying that my 12 months run from 1 April to 31 March. How does that now change? I have already done my 36 visits and you have now changed my months and I have to try and fit in 12 visits before the end of the month. Please explain...
