Really poor customer service from Virgin active. They are not sticking to the contract that was agreed, signed me up for a club I have never set foot in for a contract I hadn't agreed to. Skipped over all compliance and have treated me like the ******** after over charging me. Even the Club manager agreed that the contract was **********.
