Virgin Active very unprofessional

I joined Virgin active Boksburg in December 2025 the sales person gave us the black Friday special and mentioned that we will get gifts on the 1st of January 2026 and we will get a Kauai voucher. It's 8 February 2026 I haven't received anything yet, I've been asking the sales person and calling head office South Africa but they just keep promising but nothing yet. They are very unprofessional 😡
