virgin active very costly affair

pathetic service, will not accept my debit order cancellation despite me paying cash every month.

my bank charges have accumulated to 2100.00 but they still continue to put the debit order through.

Virgin active should be responsible for paying this amount not me, they receive their monthly payment in any case.
