Virgin Active unfairly making money off us during Covid19

Virgin Active is profitting off Covid19 restrictions. They claim you don't have to pay while the gym is not open due to lockdown but they still debit your account. This is ************. To also say you must pay 20% for suspending your membership because you don't want to go to gym during a pandemic is equally shameful! Virgin encourages exercise for the upkeep of mental health but they themselves cause mental health strain by debiting your account even though they commit not too; all this within financial restrictions we are all facing! Their help desk is none too helpful as they claim to be addressing your concerns!
