virgin active unfair dismissal

My girlfriend and I expirienced the most unfair treatment from virgin active the boulders.a member spend more than 20minutes on a machine ,when my girlfriend asked if he can give her time to use the machine the guy agreed but later on changed his mind.When my woman went to get clarity he avoided her until she tapped him on the shoulder,he then turn and yelled "dont touch me you stupid *****" when asked why he called her a ***** he kept calling her a ***** .So as she was walking away he called her an idiot ***** then she lashed by pushing the dumbell he was using. So during the whole case they looked at the fact that the guy has been at the facility longer than her ,so two days ago they suspended her membership without any communication.today they terminated her membership.
