Virgin Active unexplained charges

I love Virgin Active gym so much but sadly their customer support has got awful over the past few months. I have sent over 5 emails since November, sat on their customer support line for over 3 hours with no luck.

I have charges on my bank account that I have queried but cannot get hold of anyone at Virgin Active and sadly have to go this route as I believe this is the only way to actually get a response.
