Virgin Active ********* and ************* - Your Bank Account is not safe with them!

Virgin Active had offered me a deal telephonically. The deal included 3 months free membership and thereafter I would need to go to the gym and activate my Vitality membership. When i went to the gym I was briefed on the terms of this deal and going forward with signing up. I did not sign a contract that they made me aware of. I was asked to sign the electronic pad entering into the deal and so i did. This morning i woke up to find Virgin has used this signature and placed it on a contract that i had NOT been made aware of signing. they have now debited my account of R985,00 which i did not authorize knowingly. Virgin active is ********* and they manipulate their customers details. I feel taken advantage of and seriously ****** by them. I have notified my bank to retract this debit order and to investigate this issue. Please, if you are thinking of joining a gym, go anywhere BUT virgin active. Your bank account will be accessed without your knowledge and they WILL refuse to rectify the problem.
