VIRGIN ACTIVE TYGERVALLEY BROKEN EQUIPMENT

How hard is it to maintain a gym? Seriously!? One of the main cable machines in the middle of the gym has been broken for over a month now as well as one of the smith machines and the hacksquat machine. I know for a fact that this gym is always packed and this just makes it more difficult to complete a workout. Get your **** together virgin active!!!!
