Virgin active *********s
Back in 2011 I was sold a virgin active contract. Well a guy came to our offices with long stories about cancel when you want etc etc. Now we in 2016 and I'm trying to join virgin active again only to find out I owe money. Not only was I never contacted I do remember asking for it to be cancelled in 2011. I was sold something that wasn't explained and I'm not willing to pay for incompetence. And I will find another gym to join since no one is helpful or even tries to assist. So much for the active experience...

05 May 2016, 13:18Instead of this being resolved I have now received a final demand letter from MBD coincidentally after posting this review. No e-mail from virgin active or anything whatsoever.
