Virgin active transfer

Virgin active South Africa, I’ve been trying to transfer from one brunch to another, no luck they keep telling me “we will get back to after an hour”, it’s been two weeks now. I’ve been paying but can’t go the gym my brunch is far from my place, They’re telling if the move me before my contract ends they will lose money, I just don’t understand how cause I will still be with the same company which is virgin active it doesn’t make sense.
