Virgin Active took no responsibility for over 30k theft

Here comes the full story since @virginactivesa clearly doesn’t care.

Extremely disappointing attitude from VA Wembley Square. Absolutely no responsibility taken for allowing someone to come into the club on a trial while checking no identification (someone’s ****** ID was used) and allowing them to move around the club unsupervised resulting in two thefts out of two locked lockers including leaving the club with an extra bag than when they arrived. The incorrect processes were followed and the fact that they are offering no compensation after over R30k worth of goods was ****** is disgusting.

We did everything right, from locking the lockers to reporting it and supplying them with a case number. We were told a private investigator would be assigned to the case which we have not heard a peep about since.

Only yesterday I heard of another report of a theft from within the same club. Clearly they care more about new sales than existing members.

Big companies seem to think they can ghost you into giving up. Well surprise @virginactivesa, I’m not going anywhere. I looked forward to your further empty promises.
