Virgin active *******

So hear this. In 2017 Virgin Active takes double payments from me and I lodge the complaint. They then tell me they cannot refund me, they can only give me the next month for free. Very well. 6 months they continue taking double payments and I continue fighting with them until I eventually cancel my account with them righting the R3000 off that they overcharged me with. A few weeks later they give me to the MBD trying to get me to pay them for the 12 months I broke contract prior to the end.

With lots of phone calls from MBD that I need to pay and 100's of calls I make to head office Virgin Active I finally win the battle due to evidence being on my side.

Now 3 years later they file a new case against me for the same problem 3 years ago. Do these people never stop *****ing. I have now been black listed for credit due to Virgin Active filing new reports on old cases that was already won.
