Good day

I would like to cancel my virgin active effective immediately due to very poor service. After multi-issues with the club while i was trying to change gyms from Midrand to Dainfern where I moved in january i have been struggling to use the new gym. I have even paid a new joining fee of R1000 rands for the s2nd time as i paid when i joined Midrand branch but i was told to pay it again. Then I was told i still owe Midrand and they have blocked me, after paying them the fee they required for me to cancel first with them. I am currently still blocked by Midrnad virgin active and cannot access my gym which i paid for in Dainfern and did not get a refund for. I am so disappointed with your gym really the embarrassment caused is beyond me every time they have told me i dont owe i can go back to the gym only to be stopped at the entrance and made to wait before using tis gym.
