Virgin Active - The Point in Green Point, Arrogant and just could not care less attitude!

<p>We have really had enough of the Arrogant treatment dished out by one of the Managers at Virgin Active The Point in Green Point.</p> <p>This is not the first time, that this manager, (Maylen) who doubles as an aerobics trainer, has decided to take over the regular time slot directly after his class and push out and totally disregard other loyal members, who always attend this Core Conditioning class. He claims to have organised a squash court as an alternative, which is an insult any way, as you cannot fit 8 + people with the equipment needed onto a squash court. Clearly he had not bothered to book the court, as people who had booked the courts were there to play squash. Then he leaves his staff to sort out the mess and wont take responsibility. Absolutely No Apology is offered to people waiting for the next class and Nothing was prepared for our class with all the focus being on his own class. Other staff members just stand around looking on as we have to fight for our time slot *** has this gym become? The Club Manager is nowhere to be seen on the weekends, I train there regularly and have no idea what the new manager even looks like!</p> <p>Standards have slipped so badly, the way this gym is run. But enough is enough now and the members of our class are really fed up with this attitude! He would not attempt this under the last club manager (John) after the last complaint session, which was when he tried to make us train outside in the baking sun in 38 degree temperature. He has disregarded the last club managers instructions and Now with the new manager we are back to square one again, and it is unnacceptable.</p>
