Virgin Active the LOOTERS and *****ES

This company doesn't know the use of a conract when it comes to their side, for some reason they think that only the customer has to abide by what is in the contract, I took out a 24 month contract which i am not using and have always paid them. A while back they told me that my contract has been terminated as it was in arrears and i need to pay the arrears and the penality for early termination. I never requested a termination to begin with i told them to let it run for that remainder of the contract and open access for as long as they expect me pay and i will make the payment as they cannot deny access to facility while expecting me pay them for being on their database. i also requested a copy of my contract where there is the discretionary early termination with penalty but they never sent me that. For some reason Virgin Active is becoming a greedy company with 0 ethics and to top it off they have now opted to use VVM debt collector to do they collection just shows how low Virgin Active has stooped.

Send me that Contract as the copy that i have here doesn't have that clause maybe they copy is different from the copy that i signed with them then i will make that payment.
