Virgin Active the LOOTERS and *****ES

This company is so greedy, yes VAT is increasing in April and we accept that but why go and increase a premium before time. when two parties enter into an agreement both parties are expected to honor the agreement but for some reason Virgin Active is being a bully. i took out a contract last year and the increase is due late this year but now they have informed me of the increase due to VAT as if its my fault that VAT is increasing our agreement clearly state when they increase the money. I don't care even if the increase is only R2 reality is they will be collecting thousands of those R2 robbing their customers simply because they are saving their own skin. had it been a month to month agreement than it wouldn't have been a problem but the thing is my increase is only due 5 months from now. Contracts are meant to be honored by both parties, Virgin Active needs to understand that business is like a roller coaster and that VAT had an impact on them and stop looting the members
