Virgin active terribly ***********

Such an competent lot. I canceled mine and my 2 kids gym membership when covid started. Now that I want to restart my membership, Virgin active says that my 2 kids membership was never canceled, only mine was and I owe R8000. How do they expect 2 minor kids to pay and continue the membership when the main member and guardian had canceled.

Because of such poor service and pathetic staff they lose out on business
