Virgin Active - terrible service

Virgin Active continues to debit my bank account despite several email requests sent instructing them to cancel my son’s membership. I called them in December 2023, informing them we had relocated and no longer required the service. They asked me to send an email, 3 emails later they have instead increased the subscription and continue to debit my account. No acknowledgment of the cancellation requests both from myself and my son. I am completely disgusted with this kind of service.
