Virgin Active taking unauthorized money from acc

I have been a member of Virgin Active for about 10 years now and have not really had any problems until now!<br> <br> Having Discovery Medical aid has allowed me to get membership at a reduced rate for about 2 years now. All of a sudden though I got an sms to say that A LOT more money has been debited from my account by Virgin Active. This makes me FURIOUS as I have signed a contract with them allowing a certain monthly fee be deducted from my account and now all of a sudden they start to take three times my gym fees in one month????<br> <br> Surely this is ********* as I have not received an email, phone call or anything that may give a reason for them taking more money from me. <br> <br> I am extremely unsatisfied with virgin Active due to them thinking they can do whatever they want because they are a big company!<br> <br> This is just a warning to all those out there to check what money goes off your account as sometimes companies just seem to do whatever they please.<br>
