I received a phone call 2 days ago from a consultant regarding a payment, I explicitly told her Not to debit any funds from my account, and they proceeded to do so, this is it was not on a agreed debit date and I have not been able to access the gym due to covid, I have signed up with 3 free months and have not received any "free" months of the deal I took.
