<p>It seems more more that you are catering for swimming school children and not for you other paying members who also want to use the pool in the morning, afternoon and evenings,</p> <p> The set time does not seem to be applicable to them, the pool is being occupied by the swim school children and no lane are open for other members to use, you have booked out morning, afternoon and evening to them and in-between the pool is close for cleaning,</p> <p>The changing rooms are in a mess in these times with children all over the place and water all over the place with no proper maintenance and cleaning, this is shocking that this is your standard of service,</p> <p> </p>
