Virgin Active swimming group swear and block me

Virgin Active Constantia made my blood boil this morning, so much that I will be cancelling my family membership today. It's the second time this has happened to me when doing my own swim and a group of 32 swimmers arrive to take over the whole pool from 8:30am to 9:30am. I got thrown out the first time by the Club Manager because I did not want to join the group. An agreement was then set that I could use one specific lane for swimming when the swimming squad is going at this specific time. Within 5 minutes of swimming in this lane, I got tugged back by two swimmers and blocked off so that I could not continue with my swim. Eventually the Club Manager arrived to say that I could carry on swimming and sharing that lane, but why don't I join them anyway. I wanted to finish my own swimming routine so that I can get home in the time that I want to study at home. I was then sworn at by another swimmer and provoked to swim faster in the lane by the other 2 swimmers. I find this a total disgrace to be linked to Virgin Active because I have swum in pools in the UK that have had 5 to 6 people sharing without any issues whatsoever. The two incidents have put me off Virgin Active for life.
