<p>i am so annoyed by the sales person who was assisting me to open a membership , this guy i opened my membership on the 25th of May 2015 , and that was passed my pay day he said i dont have to pay any pro-rata payment my first debit order will go through the following month on my pay day 20th and it did now all of a sudden i get a call from the collections department saying i owe them the first debit order of 350 , tried to expalin the whole story to the manager and he just said he will be with me but he never came and again i went to him nothing was done till i moved to another town now i just found out they handed me over to some collections company *** ......poor service im telling you</p>
