Virgin Active Sunninghill and uselss staff

I recently joined Virgin Active as a discovery vitality member. I went to gym a few times and the one day as I wanted to go in I was notified that I owed Virgin active for a memebwrship that I have not paid in 2008. I have had a membership in 2012 which wad paid in full.

I have struggled with debt collectors MBD and Virgin Active staff to hrlp me for over 2 months nobody seems to be able to assist me. Everyone says theyll phone me back no one does I am so frustrated as I need to excerise to rehabilitate my foot I broke a year ago. I paid 2000 jouning fee in 2017. It was ok to take my money and now no one is assisting me to sort out this nonsense.

I am so frustrated debt expires after 3 years now all of a sudden I owe them R6500.

I am not allowed at gym even though I paid. No one phones me back to assist.

Useless staff at Virgin Active Sunninghill and at MBD.
