Virgin Active Sunninghill

<p>Had the most disgusting experience I have ever had with a gym. Wanted to get some food from Kauai (Not a member) but I always order through Uber eats and that is where they collect the food from. Receptionist denied me at first, but then I was made to stand outside the gym to order, only to have a staff member of Kauai be rude to me and refuse to take my order as they didn't have a wireless card machine. I then had to explain this to the Virgin Active receptionist, after which she continued to shout at me and give me attitude and again, refused me access to Kauai to pay for my meal, stating in future I should bring cash so that I can pay for my meal outside the restaurant. Never have I ever been so disgusted and felt like I was nothing. I wasn't even allowed to use their salt as I wasn't a member. Pathetic really.</p>
