Virgin Active Sunningdale Cape Town is the worst with bad service

Virgin Active Sunningdale in Cape Town is the worse. I had the worse on boarding, currently paying an amount that was not agreed upon.

Secondly now they want me to pay for a service that they are not rendering. I asked them to close my daughter's swimming account as the service was not on par. To date, they keep on billing me and are refusing to close this account. My daughter last swimming session was the second week in March. So they have just been paid for nothing
