Virgin active sucks

I'm very disappointed with Virgin active Karaglen, they busy with renovations which started in June on the 18th, we were told it will be done the 4th, went the 4th still not done, was told the 18th went and still not done was then told the 23rd and checked again and still not done, i was told now friday the 26th, almost a month over the initial 4th completion date
