VIRGIN ACTIVE SUCKS

01.03.2019 I am a member of VA Red Hennopspark and i travel there from about 40km away because i work not far from the gym. This morning there was no electricity at the club and the nearest club which is about 2km away is Eco Park. Now i cannot use this club and this is my issues: 1) No electricity is not considered an emergency as per the guy at the front desk in Eco Park 2) I need to go to the nearest Red gym which is i dont know how far 3) In order to use the showers i need to pay R 250

Firstly - i have been inconvenienced and instead of Virgin Active trying to accommodate me, they add to the inconvenience. That is great service! Not! Secondly they want me to pay R 250 to use the shower at Eco Park because the other VIRGIN ACTIVE gym has not lights once again its my fault there is no lights so i must be inconvenienced

Now can someone from VIRGIN ACTIVE explain to me what happens the next time there are no lights?? I want to cancel my contract my contract !
