Virgin active sucks!

Im appalled by the service i got from sales consultant of the virgin active menlyn branch. I regret re- joining virgin active as im now stuck with a contract im no longer interested in due to sales consultant making a dissapearing act. He was at our workplace promoting virgin active, i was one of the people who joined, i had to pay a joining fee of R99 so the next day Pontsho Mashishi the sales consultant came 1st thing in the morning to collect the money and since then he has promised nothing but lies to bring the promotional gifts and im still waiting. He was so quick to collect the joining fee bt now that i joined and the cooling off period has expired he simply doesnt care. If i dont make a follow up he doesnt even pop an email to put my mind at ease. To this day i send him a message he read it and decided not to respond, the people representing virgin active are useless they are not providing any services they only good at making you sign on the dotted line and once you are in you are ****ed.
