VIRGIN ACTIVE SUCKS!!!!!!

I was told that my membership will be increasing from the 1st September 2019 to R526 in email proof, then on the debit order date Virgin Active debited R 890.00 from my account. I then called the call center , where no one was able to assist me and give me answers?? I was told that the amount increased due to me turning 26 in July, I need to know why did i not get advised that the membership will increase with my age?? if i had known that i would have NEVER joined Virgin Active, why did it not then increase in July when i actually turned 26 and only in September it increased??? Why was i not informed? R890 is ridiculous to pay!! quite frankly id like my contract to stay at the TOLD price of R526 as per the email i received ! Or im canceling my membership and i will NOT pay the remainder fees owing, else i will be taking this to the ombudsmen!!
