Virgin Active, Subscription from hell

This is my final notice for cancelling my account, I was on contract and less than year in relocated, I have tried numerous ways to cancel the contract to no avail,then only to see it was renewed without consent or notification, non legal contract. In view the money I would claim as refund is more than what any cancellation fee would be, I am not even going to bother to try and claim refund, I am done with Virgin Active and will never use them again. They have poor service, poor to no communication, just happy to take your money.
