Virgin Active *****ster

I cancelled my contract 3 months ago, and yet they keep on taking money from my account, they very unprofessional, I even cancelled the debit order with my bank. The virgin active accounts department keeps on changing the debit amount to debit my account, I had it with then phoning me about four to five times a day, stating my account is not up to date, I'm going to lay charges against this compony for *****ulent activity and taking money from my account with out my permission. I get the idea they don't know what the doing, it seems like account and cancelation department don't communicate.
