Virgin Active *****s your money

I would never in my life recommend Virgin Active to anyone. We signed a one year contract with them and now after our contract has ended they are still taking money out of our account. We contacted the head office for assistance and all the guy kept saying is, after your contract ends it goes over to a month to month. Nobody told us this, during our sign up process the sales rep never mentioned anything of the sort. Virgin Active is only trying to steel money, we asked for a cancellation of our membership and for the funds to be reversed and they can't even do that. Very disappointed.
