Signed me up on promo with free activation and balance of 2021 free. Instead, I have been billed via debit order for Nov and Dec. Promised a refund, but no refund. Wrote to management, no response. Have reversed debit orders and blocked them at the bank. Can now cancel my membership. Absolutely pathetic, hopeless management capability.
