Virgin Active Staff suspected of *****ing from locker room

Virgin Active [Maponya Mall] is rife with theft of customer belongings inside the locker rooms even when the locker is locked with a combination lock or padlock.

My cellphone was ****** from inside locker 108 this morning 10/03/2023 when it was locked and somebody tampered with the combination lock and helped themselves to my cellular phone.

Upon complaints to the shift manager - i was told its my loss for they cannot help me with anything nor do any investigation to find the culprit.

Suspected are the Virgin Active Staff/customers at Maponya Mall that tamper with locks lockers and ***** from unsuspecting clients.
