Virgin active staff need to be more tactful

I was at the Brigh****er Commons gym on Sunday, 27 Sept 2015, after 5PM. The front desk staff who swiped me in highlighted a personal issue to me rather loudly and abruptly.<br> They were other patrons present who heard her as well. This was rather embarrassing and lacked sensitivity and tact! Offering healthy solutions to a fit and healthy body VSA should train their staff to be more professional and tactful.<br> <br> I await a favourable response.
