Virgin Active South Africa: Worst service ever.

Shocking service. Every month i get over-charged. Even after I complainted by phone (never answer) and email and in person - when i re-signed forms, they have carried on. I even asked my bank to stop the payments. Sadly, NOTHING seems to stops them. I have now asked them to PLEASE PLEASE let m end my membership. And guess what: this they overcharged me again. So far I have overpaid them by R11000 (!). DO NOT fall for it. It's a scheme. You can kiss your money goodbye. Apart from that, certain staff members made it a habit to hang their clothes in the sauna and hog the showers next to the sauna. Rather get a personal trainer. It is cheaper. And more hygienic as well.
